Take Advantage of Aquatics and Swim Lessons

Do you know how to swim, or are you just treading water? Whatever your age, it's vital to learn to swim competently. If you've never gotten around to learning to swim, West Essex YMCA offers swim lessons for teens and adults. If you're apprehensive about learning in a group, we also provide 30-minute private swim lessons for all ages and abilities. Additional aquatics services at the YMCA include:
