YMCA personal trainers offer all of this and more, committed to helping you meet your goals and live healthier. Your trainer will work with you to create a custom program, as unique as your goals.
Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an injury or kicking your workout up a notch, we’re here to support you every step of the way with individualized instruction, motivation, and support.
Y Personal Training packages and monthly recurring draft plans are fully customizable. Your sessions could include cardiovascular training, strength machines, free-weight training, balance and stability, core training, sports training, functional fitness, and nutrition counseling.

Personal training sessions will help keep you on track
Choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week with a certified personal trainer. Pay monthly by auto-draft or choose from packages (valid for 6 months). All paperwork and payment must be completed before your first session.

Our weekly packages allows you to purchase 1 or up to 12 sessions at a time with your chosen trainer. YMCA Membership is required to purchase. Save more when you purchase 10 or more at one time.
(4x, 8x, or 12x per month, 30- 45-, or 60-minute sessions)
Our ‘Continuous’ package takes the guesswork out of scheduling time for a workout and makes your appointment consistent. YMCA Membership is required to purchase.
A Wellness Director's approval is required before purchasing. Monthly rate is determined by the number of workouts per week.

What are the benefits to Personal Training?
You will receive a one-on-one consultation reviewing your personal goals and creating a personalized training plan. Your consultation may include assessments, weight, blood pressure, BMI, endurance testing, and max strength. Training is for anyone ages 8 to 108.

What if I have to miss a session?
If you cannot meet for a scheduled session, you will need to give 12-hour advance notice to the Personal Trainer; otherwise, you will forfeit the session. For a missed session in which a 12-hour notice has been given, you and your trainer may reschedule the missed session during the same month.

Can I hold or cancel my participation in the program?
- You may put your Personal Training Draft on hold for up to 3 months.
- The draft will begin on the day of the month you register. All hold requests must be received in writing 14 days before the monthly draft to guarantee processing for the next billing cycle

What Should I Bring?
- Bring a towel and mat.
- There are no drinking fountains, but we do have fillable water bottle stations.
