100,000 older adults will participate in activities at more than 1,000 locations throughout the U.S. as we celebrate the annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day®. The common goal for this day: to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. Always held the last Wednesday in May, National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest annual health and wellness event for older adults.
National Senior Health & Fitness Day is organized as a public-private partnership by the Mature Market Resource Center, a national information clearinghouse for the older adult market.

resources.Join Chad for a special class focused on improving mobility and balance. This class will feature low-impact exercises designed to enhance stability, flexibility, and coordination. Participants will learn practical movements that can be applied to everyday life to help reduce the risk of falls and improve overall balance
