The New Milford YMCA Program Center offers programs for the entire family, including top-quality childcare and after-school programs, summer camps, youth sports, and arts classes. Families can enjoy an indoor pool with swim lessons, aquatics programs, and competitive swimming, while adults have access to group fitness classes, personal training, and wellness resources. With options for infants through teens, as well as family nights and parent-child classes, the Y provides a safe, supportive environment for learning, fitness, and fun—all while promoting healthy living and community connection in New Milford, NJ.
