NEW SPECIALIZED GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING!
REGISTER NOW!

Specialized Group Personal Training consists of a group of 4 people with the focus of your choice. The group will meet for 1 session each week for 8 weeks. Cost is $240.00 per person for the 8 week session. Sign up alone or with a friend! Training will begin once a group of 4 has signed up. Various times are available, please see the Welcome Center for details or to reserve your spot.

Get the benefit of: a diverse and knowledgeable Personal Trainer, specialized training to meet your needs and goals, the support of a small group of friends

Choose from 4 specialized programs:
1. Cardio: increase your endurance for walking, running, sports and muchmore with this cardiovascular focused training

2. Yogilates: build a healthy spirit, mind and body while concentrating on your core and inner strengths using the power of Pilates and Yoga

3. Weight Training: this weight lifting focused program will help to restore or buildnewmuscle mass while teaching the proper lifting techniques for a balanced, full body workout

4. Overall Conditioning: a mix of the 3 types of training mentioned above, learn how to combine Cardio, Core and Weight training to make a fun, interesting and results oriented workout

Eat Right, Get Fit
Break away from the "dreaded diet!"

This five week program was developed to help you, help yourself make changes in your overall health through good nutrition choices. This program will teach you what good balance means to you and your exercise and nutrition program.

You will learn the tools to help you successfully achieve your goals for a healthy weight and a healthy you. Join us and learn about calorie expernditure, portion control, healthier choices, knowing what is in the food you eat and much more!
