Through the generous support of our friends, the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges is able to deliver top-quality programs to the children and families of our communities, regardless of their ability to pay program or membership fees. We need annual support so that we may continue to provide job-saving childcare services, after school programs for at-risk adolescents, aqua-therapy for those living with arthritis, summer camping opportunities for disadvantaged urban youth, and much, much more.
Volunteering - Whether coaching our youth sports activities. assisting our program instructors, or serving as a member of our Board of Directors/Managers, there are many ways for you to use your talent and time to enrich the lives of children and families in our community. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you may call the Metro YMCAs Branch nearest you, or call the main office at 973-758-9622.
